1) Can I add/change/remove items upon order successfully placed?
Unfortunately no changes can be made once an order has been placed. We highly recommend that you review your order before proceeding to checkout.
2) What payment methods do you accept?
We only provide two payment methods: - Online Banking (Billplz) & Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard only). All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit.
3) Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may contact us though email contact.herbaworks@gmail.com or call our customer service at +60333595459. Kindly note that all refunds for cancellation will be processed within 7 business days.
4) How do I cancel an item from my order?

5) I received my order, but one of my items is missing. What do I do?

1) What payment options are available on Dafeya.com?
We accept payment through Online Banking (Billplz) and all Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard only).
2) Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, it can. During checkout process, you can choose to enter different addresses. Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.
3) Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we do not provide COD service at the moment. But we do provide Store Pickup service.

1) Can I choose courier service for my parcel?
For local shipment, only NinjaVan Shipping service is available. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you via EMAIL once the item has been shipped.
2) When will I receive my order?
For delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, it will take within 2-5 business days for your parcel to be delivered.
For delivery within Sabah & Sarawak, it will take within 5-6 business days for your parcel to be delivered.
For international shipping, depends on our courier partner.
3) How much will the postage fee cost?
All delivery fees will automatically calculated based on the parcel weight/dimension.
4) I still have not received my tracking number. What should I do?
For this, your order may not be processed yet but do not worry, a tracking number will be generated nd emailed to you after the order has been processed and shipped.
5) Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can. Please call us immediately at +60333595459 to change your delivery address.
6) What happens if I was not around when the courier partner arrived at my delivery address?
Our courier partner will proceed on contacting you via call, Whatsapp, & SMS. You may contact them directly to check the status of the parcel. If our courier partner failed in contacting you, they will proceed on returning the parcel to us. NOTE: Please make sure to have someone available to receive the parcel to avoid failed delivery.
7) What happens if my item is returned back to sender by the courier service provider?
Upon receiving back your parcel, our Customer Service will drop you and email or call you directly to notify further on a re-delivery. *Additional charges on the postage my be imposed for us re-deliver the parcel.
8) Do you provide a 'Self Pick Up' method?
Yes, we do. During checkout process, simply choose the option 'Pick Up'. Please call our Customer Service to book appointment for order processing.

2) WEBSITE PURCHASE:
NO REFUND will be entertained and only exchange policy is accepted. Return & Exchange VALID within 7 days of receiving the item(s) ordered from Dafeya Official website (https://dafeya.com).
Example: If you received the item(s) on 1st May, please return the item(s) by shipping it to our official address by 7th May to entitle for exchange policy.

Damaged item, wrong product, wrong colour are entitled for EXCHANGE POLICY with these terms:
- Item(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the item(s) is returned in new and original condition.
- For exchanges to item(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
- For exchanges to item(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Item(s) sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
- Only item(s) purchased ordered from Dafeya Hijab Official website (https://dafeya.com) can be exchanged or returned.

1) How do I redeem my voucher codes?
A valid voucher code can only be redeemed during checkout process. Before proceeding to payment, be sure to apply the voucher code.
2) What are the conditions of using voucher codes?
One voucher code per transactions. You can only use one voucher code during checkout. Voucher codes are not exchangeable for cash.

5) Do you restock items? How do I know if the items has been restocked?
Some items are restock-able. Whenever we get an item restock, we will usually announce it via email and on our Instagram page. Be sure to stay updated with us!
